Mr. Weissman sold our house on Coast View Drive. We agreed that it would be best to market out of the area to get our price & a quick sale. He personally contacted R E Offices & Salespeople out of the area. He went above & beyond as a RE Salesperson who just hangs a shingle & puts in a listing. He did extensive Open Houses and became familiar with every detail of our home. He suggested items outside of the normal scope to make sure the house was in prime showing condition & communicated regularly on progress. We wanted a short Escrow & he got us a 30 day.
