I'm from out of state so Mark was very helpful on not just finding the properties but giving me a sense of what the area was like. I also expressed an interest in buying rental property in the future, so Mark gave me some advice and how to get started along those lines, He will be my go to for any future real-estate needs. He's helpful but not pushy, I'm quite by nature so this was a great benefit to me as I often feel a bit overwhelmed in sales situations.
