I actually began the home search process years ago. Since about 2019, I would call and speak with Mark about the steps to home ownership. (Not that it actually took that long, but I needed to know the steps before actually taking the steps..fear). Had it been anyone but Mark, I would have gotten rushed off the phone or attitude because I wasn't actually calling to say, "Hey, I got money to spend"....nope. He was patient and would give me sound advice that prepared me for the housing search. As a result, my housing journey became much easier because I was able to trust his experience. so, I listened, took notes and followed his advice. And today, I can proudly say, I am a home owner!! Mark was on top of everything even with some issues on the mortgage side he still made sure everything was taken care of and that I got into the home that I wanted. Poor communication skills, showed up late to first showing, told us he forgot to bring house information with him to showings so he couldn’t give us full details, had to have someone meet us for other showings because stuff kept coming up, didn’t give much info for first time home buyers, didn’t give closing gift like other realtors typically do, didn’t inform when going out of town. Overall poor timing and communication skills.

Mark was very helpful and proactive throughout the home buying process. He also helped us a lot to understand how the purchase process works, clarifying all our doubts and supporting us at every step.

He's helpful but not pushy, I'm quite by nature so this was a great benefit to me as I often feel a bit overwhelmed in sales situations.
