Mark was on top of everything even with some issues on the mortgage side he still made sure everything was taken care of and that I got into the home that I wanted. Poor communication skills, showed up late to first showing, told us he forgot to bring house information with him to showings so he couldn’t give us full details, had to have someone meet us for other showings because stuff kept coming up, didn’t give much info for first time home buyers, didn’t give closing gift like other realtors typically do, didn’t inform when going out of town. Overall poor timing and communication skills.
