I am a licensed Real Estate agent since 2006 and currently hold an active Real Estate license in Arizona and California. I now call Arizona home since moving to the Phoenix area in 2011. I have 25+ Years Sales Experience, plus Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification, CLHMS certification and Knock certification. Prior to working in Real Estate, I owned and operated multiple retail stores. I understand listening to my client's needs and the importance of great customer service. I am full time REALTOR; I am available 7 days a week and after normal business hours to work with my client's busy schedule. I work with buyers, sellers, first time home buyers, new homes, investment properties, and rentals. I have bought and sold many houses over the years

I have bought and sold many houses over the years. Mark Spivak is the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable of the industry and the market, provides exemplary service and incredibly helpful advice. He got our house sold at the highest price this model has ever obtained. He does everything he can to help in every step of the process including putting out our trash after we left and returning our WiFi router. You can’t do better than Mark Spivak.
