Not your usual pandemic purchase—instead, an exceptional one
Mark was referred to us by a trusted agent who knew what we required: impeccable service, follow-up and communication on a proactive basis, and radical candor with transparency. Mark provided all of this and more. From ensuring that we really wanted to submit an offer (in the middle of a global pandemic), to shepherding us through the evaluation (when we were 4 hours away), to ensuring negotiations were fair (to ensure we got the home but did not overpay), Mark was there every step of the way. Mark spent the right amount of time upfront to know what was important to us and never once questioned our judgement—instead, trusting our judgement and asking us questions to help him provide better guidance to our questions when asked. Being careful to never give "his opinion", he instead gave us the "market opinion" and helped us gut check our decisions with a neutral lens, being very careful to not push us in either way. This is our preferred way of working and Mark met us there. I try to always give feedback on what to improve when leaving a survey, and during a pandemic, fires, and everything else in the world, there is honestly nothing I can say to give Mark feedback to improve as he was already there.
