I had a bit of anxiety about the whole home purchase thing, and there were a couple of times when my questions via text or email did not get answered right away. There were no critical communication misses, rather I think that Mark didn't pick up on my level of unease at the time. Overall I was very pleased to work with Mark, and in the end he did a great job of preparing us to make a good decision and a winning offer, and he stuck with us through the sale process. Now that we are preparing to move in to our new home, Mark continues to stay engaged, and has helped us connect with local contractors to make some final tweaks to our new home. I would definitely recommend Mark to other buyers!

It took a huge burden off us as sellers including significantly reducing the number of trips we had to make to the property.
