Mark was very well recommended by a co-worker who is a loan officer at a major financial institution. Mark came to the rescue in a very short notice (I emailed him at around 10am and he was at my house by 7:30pm with comps and ALL of my area info). Mark did a walk thru and gave us some feedback on staging; he was extremely helpful and very professional. <br/><br/>He also made the entire transaction very easy with all his high tech tools to accommodate our situation, my husband was already working in Florida while I was still working in New Jersey getting the house ready for sale. <br/><br/>The first day he listed the house to the public we got 2 offers from the first 2 showings on the same day!!!!!! We went thru some ups and downs with the buyers but Mark was there for us NON STOP until the deal was solid, I got emails from him sometimes at 1am, he came to my house to help me scan some documents on a Sunday holiday, I mean he was our true advocate. He returned all phone calls promptly, he made a video of our home, he took great pictures and he was always available. I will highly recommend him!
