Superior marketing in a sweltering and slumping market! Mark hosted an ice cream truck to entice people to attend our open house on a triple digit July weekend. He then publicized it by writing an article about it in the local paper. Smart!He staged our older, family style home to highlight its features and give it more pizzazz. He even turned a bonus room into a charming playroom complete with a child-sized tent.He set a fair price and netted us multiple offers in a cooling market. We happily sold in one weekend!A job well done.

Smart marketing in a slumping market

Mark did a stupendous job marketing to drive interest amid spiking mortgage rates and triple digit temperatures! He thought of a creative use of our bonus room envisioning it a a magical play house complete with a play tent. He helped transform our cozy family style decor into a more youthful, eye catching au courant interior. He commissioned an ice cream truck to refresh open house visitors on a hundred-plus degree weekend resulting in numerous showings and multiple offers.
