Mark Skubak was our realtor in Arlington Heights and just sold our house in March 2019. He was amazing from beginning to end! He was able to offer input about what we needed to get upgraded, repaired, or painted in order to get the house ready to be listed. He held numerous open houses and continued showing the house regularly until we had an offer that we accepted. When bids came in, Mark was realistic with us about the offers and the price that we were asking for. Mark was also able to connect us with resources for contractors, lawyers, etc. It was reassuring to know that Mark was looking out for the house when we had moved to another state and that we could count on him from so far away.
