I worked with Mark 4 years ago to purchase an investment property and then again this past year to sell the property during COVID. He was extremely flexible when we were looking for properties, and the pictures he was able to get on the sale were incredible. I would highly recommend Mark on a purchase or sale. He also understands investment properties and cash flow very well too.

Mark Skubak was our realtor in Arlington Heights and just sold our house in March 2019. He was amazing from beginning to end!
