I met Mark at an open house at the very beginning of my home buying process. I didn't make an offer on the house he was showing, but received his information and he soon became my realtor. I recently bought my first house and Mark was amazing every step of the way. He was always quick to set up home viewing appointments, answering questions/emails/calls/text at anytime of the day, and was very patient. I had very little knowledge of how the process of buying a house, but Mark taught me so much about real estate in the couple months we were looking. He never pressured me into making a decision and was always looking for homes based on my criteria. I ended up getting my perfect first home. My experience with Mark was VERY PLEASANT and amazing. From front and back, Start to finish he was very caring, patient and sweet about our selling our home at Aliso Viejo. Our home was put on the market before our renter was moved out, he went out of his way to accommodate the renter and work round the renter’s schedules to ensure we could attract hopeful buyers. Mark really went above and beyond to make my buying experience as painless as possible.
