He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made arrangements to tour several homes that met my needs and could be visited in the limited amount of time I had on a scheduled visit. His plan was very efficient and I was able to tour several properties. When I did select a home, he prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept in constant contact throughout the process. Whether we were corresponding via email or speaking in person, he always made sure I understood where we were in the process and also kept track to ensure I did not miss any deadlines. When I decided to put my house up for sale I interviewed several realtors. The main reason I chose Mark was because I live out of state and there were a lot of repairs needed after the final renter moved out. The OC house market is really different comparing to other regions and you really need to have a good agent knowing not only the area well but also how to play the game as the market in OC is just unbelievable HOT!! As soon as the house is put on the market, at least 3-6 offers will be put on the table. This is exactly the case for us. The house was only on the market for 1 day and already had multiple offers. Luckily, we had Mark negotiating for us and the seller finally accepted our offer. The escrow process was a bit bumpy due to my bank's issue. Luckily (again), Mark knew an excellent loan officer (Jim Kopp from Mason-McDuffie Mortgage) helped us through the escrow process. Without Mark, we wouldn't be able to buy the house we like. Also, Mark is not pushy like other aggressive agents (we deal a couple before and we didn't like their style).
