Mark Poyer was wonderful to work with. He assisted me in purchasing my first home and made the process effortless. I loved how he updated me daily on the process and always seemed to have a plan in place for our next action. Mark is so understanding of the stressors of buying and selling a home (we used him for both) He was always readily available for questions and inquiries about the “what ifs” and “what’s next” while we were going through both the buying and selling processes. His knowledge of the home buying process with a VA home loan, made it possible for us to buy our home. I can’t say enough about Mark and his team. 10/10 recommend!

Went into the process with not much optimism, but after I met mark everything changed. He made me feel incredible comfortable with the process and was especially amazing because he took into account my PTSD and went above and beyond to help me in every way. I never thought I could get a VA loan approved, but with him, anything is possible!!
