The homebuying experience was wonderful. Throughout the entire process up until closing we did not feel like we were going through the house buying process - I never anticipated buying a home to go so well. As a first-time home buyer you hear all these stories about friends being stressed out and going wrong, but Mark ensured he had done everything on his end to prevent issues from popping up (especially unnecessary ones). The transparent feedback, suggestions, and support we got throughout the entire process was phenomenal and his personality made it that much better. We never felt like we were "being sold" - if we didn't want it, he didn't want it for us either. We loved that he was able to get us the best rates (especially in this market) and do both the lending and realtor side of things as well; it allowed us to involve less people during the entire process. He knows both sides in and out and truly is an asset that works for you the entire time regardless of the role/hat that he is wearing (lender/realtor). There wasn't a single day we couldn't reach him if we had questions, even ones we felt may be "dumb". He answered them at length and always responded with respect, making sure that we never went through a part of the process and did not understand something. I have zero desire to work with another realtor again after the support and experience he provided us. The experience Mark provided coupled with his personality and love for what he does makes him the realtor I will recommend to anyone. Bragging about him is easy because I want people to be able to share in the same experience we had, especially as first-time buyers.
