Mark Paterno

This is the second time that I worked with Mark and his team. He is the best. Several years ago, he helped me bought my first house. And this year, he and Lauren helped me sold my house while I was not at local. Everything went extremely well. I never worried about anything after I gave Mark my house. The second time collaboration between us already proves how excenllent they are in my mind. I truely highly recommend him and his team.

We can't speak highly enough about our experience with Mark Paterno and Lauren Grell. We met Mark in 2012 when we were buying our first home in Iowa City, and we knew instantly that he was the right realtor for us. He is honest, easy going and very, very knowledgeable in the area. At this time Mark worked with Lauren to sell our house. Lauren, was always on top of all the paperwork and made the communication very efficient. They work on the pictures on our listing and it turned out: AMAZING!!! It made us almost regret selling the place! Mark became a good friend, and he will be my Real Estate consultant for life:-)

We chose Mark after calling several realtors in the area. He stood out as being personable, knowledgeable, and very proactive. We were moving from Ann Arbor and wanted to buy a home over a 3-day weekend. Mark and his team were wonderful at understanding our needs and then scheduling a packed list of viewings. During each home viewing Mark took note of our likes/dislikes and also pointed out factors we hadn't considered (landscape grading, back-up generators, etc). When we were ready to put an offer in, Mark was great at guiding us on a reasonable price and helped us negotiate for repairs. Throughout the whole process we felt well taken care of and that Mark was always available when we needed him. Would highly recommend him to anyone moving into the Iowa City / Coralville/ North Liberty area.
