When buying a home it’s every bit as stressful as you hear it is, from negotiating with the seller, gathering documents for the lender and meeting the expectations of the escrow company…the process can take a toll. What separates experiences is the team you have supporting you throughout the process and helping to place things in perspective. Mark Nazzal is our Relator and took great care of my family and I as he guided us through the process of purchasing our first home. He was patient, thorough and above all else communicated with us along our journey…in spite of my incessant text messages. When we bought our first home in 2016, we gave ourselves a 5-year exit plan goal to move on to bigger and better. On Super Bowl Sunday this year, that exit plan was kicked into high gear, a year-and-a-half early, when we realized that the market was favorable in the area we were interested in moving to. I contacted my longtime friend, Mark, during the game to see if we could start looking at properties soon. Our situation involved a lot of moving parts including an unavoidable 60-day escrow, multiple offers, and Covid-19 obstacles to overcome, to name a few; all of which Mark navigated smoothly, professionally, and as seamlessly as one could hope for during an unprecedented time. Mark delivered on his promises, and only promised what he could deliver! Additionally, Mark has a great team behind him! Audree, Lauren, and Ashleigh were all super friendly, helpful, and full of good energy. They all showed up early and eager to make our open house a success…and it was a HUGE SUCCESS (8 offers in 5 days)!! Mark was phenomenal. Leading factor to why the transaction went smooth and with ease. No where at any point did I feel like I was being left behind and he reached out on his own to keep updates going and when looking for homes, he was proactive in offering homes that would fit my request.
