When we bought our first home in 2016, we gave ourselves a 5-year exit plan goal to move on to bigger and better. On Super Bowl Sunday this year, that exit plan was kicked into high gear, a year-and-a-half early, when we realized that the market was favorable in the area we were interested in moving to.
