Working with Mark was an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable and always came prepared to showings with research and background info on every property we viewed. He also has a design background which really came in handy for my wife and I as we considered remodel options and even decorating details, etc., for the different rooms and spaces. Mark also worked hard on the negotiating and closing process for us, making sure that all of our concerns were well communicated and making sure we got the most for our money. We will continue to use Mark on any future real estate transactions and have already recommended him highly to both friends and family.

Mr. Montroy has been my agent in both selling and buying homes. I had a larger (over $500,000) home. He listed and had two offers on the first day. The sale went very fast so be prepared. However, Mark had already helped me purchase another home which with his expertise and help came with many additional amenites including, 18 in tiile floors, plantation blinds, guttering, sprinkler, back fence and front landscaping. This was my wife and I's first home purchase and first house that we built. Mark Montroy truly made the whole process enjoyable and with ease. He was very attentative with every question we had about the the building time frame and all the paper work. It took us close to a year to build and to get in our new house and within the whole time during that process Mark would follow up by email and phone calls to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns during that time. After we moved in 6 months later I had a question about a form on taxes and left him a voicemail not only did he call me back that day and he sent the form to me by email.
