About Mark

Mark began working in real estate, as a hobby, in 1995 as a private investor. Over the years, his projects have included new construction, total renovations, residential developing and commercial property management. His primary work career began in 1983 with Duke Energy Corporation, which for the past 25 years has been in an environmental engineering/monitoring role. With his retirement from that industry, he and his wife Shellie will continue in their real estate endeavors. As a resident of Surfside Beach since 2012, Mark has worked to learn the various areas of the Grand Strand real estate market. With that knowledge he hopes to assist others who wish to buy, sell or even build new. He looks forward to the opportunity to help you accomplish your goals.
