Mark was the realtor involved in the sale of my home of 81 years. It was my first experience in selling real estate. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and responsive to my questions. He was very friendly and assuring and it made it easy for me, an old lady. Because I have limited mobility, he often came to my home for completing forms, etc. He explained very plainly details of the transactions. After the sale, the new owner found boxes of photos in the attic and Mark went to the house himself and brought then to me, which is an example of his thoughtfulness . I appreciated it very much. I highly recommend him and would have no hesitation to ask him to assist me in future transactions. He is a gem.
