Very appreciative of his real-estate knowledge, his willingness to listen and advise, and the way he worked with us to make both sides of the transaction a win-win situation. We had a unique situation, desiring to not move out of our current home until we could move into the new one being built across the street. Mark and the selling broker worked closely so we could rent back and thus stay in place until we were able to close on our new home. All went smoothly with accommodating buyers, Mark's knowledge and advice, and some excellent negotiating.

Mark was the best realtor I have ever dealt with. As I was physically located in Arizona, he took on all the responsibility for getting my house ready to sell. This included flooring contractors, painter, cleaners, etc. He was in touch with me frequently to discuss the various things that came up. He is very approachable and knowledgeable.
