Mark Koentopp was the listing broker when we bought our first townhome in Loveland, CO. When we decided to purchase a new unit (still under construction) in our same neighborhood, we asked Mark to put together the contract for us. He was a great information source regarding construction, the history of our area, important items of note, and the process of buying a home still in the construction phase. He walked (literally and figuratively) with us through every step of the process, and kept all aspects of the purchase contract current with changes and closing date options.
