As anyone knows, buying a house can be rather stressful at any point of the process. I for one have been someone that needs to make sure everything was on point and Mark allowed and made sure that nothing but the best was done for us. We had been in a search for awhile and got referred to Mark and needless to say it was much needed. Mark was there every step of the way from the first time we met and actually sat down in person to go over all the basic information, to searching for houses, putting in the best offer, inspection, closing and even post purchase as well. If we needed to reach Mark at any point he was and still is always available and willing to answer any questions that we have. While the process of buying your first home can be tricky, Mark made it as smooth of a process as it could be by explaining every step to us as well as making sure we understood what was next and even preparing us for what could happen with future steps. When we first met Mark we had been in the search for a home for about 8 months. We were discouraged about finding what we were looking for. By doing so it ensured a large pool of potential buyers were made aware of the house and its various attributes. I used Mark for the listing of my house in South Brunswick. I found Mark to be the best. Our house closed in April 2023. We had to hold $10,000 in escrow due to a built in pool. The buyers violated their part of the agreement since the deadline was May 31st. Even after the closing Mark called the buyers real estate agent. If you use Mark, he will be there even after the closing. closing. closing.
