Two years ago, I was connected with Mark through a colleague to help us sell our home. Mark was able to find a buyer to purchase our old place, and we rented for what we thought would be year or so. Then the pandemic hit. The search for a new home became riddled with stress as we worried about retaining our jobs and competing with other buyers, all while trying to avoid falling ill with the coronavirus. What should have taken a few months became a much longer process, but Mark was kind, respectful, and courteous throughout our journey. He was available whenever we had questions and was still happy to see us after what felt like my thousandth text request to see an interesting listing that had popped up (and sometimes even on the same day!). Thanks to him, we found our perfect place where we didn't expect it, stayed within budget, and closed just before our lease was up.
