Being a first-time homebuyer we did not know what to expect in this process, but we were so blessed that Mark was working for us. Mark was always going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience, whether that’s always being available, answering any question that we had, and giving us wise counsel. We asked Mark so many questions, but we were never a bother to him as he would always answer with joy. Mark is prompt, full of wisdom, knowledgeable of the market, and a hard worker, but most importantly he is trustworthy. There are very few people I know that have a servants heart such as Mark, and he is a huge reason why we were able to find a home!

Mark communicated with us throughout the process, often many times a day. He was always accessible to us and guided us through the selling of our property. His knowledge and kind manner was most reassuring. Top notch man!!

We were looking for a condo in downtown Miami for our son in preparation for school. Several obstacles complicated the search: COVID 19, searching from out of town, and a requirement for a quick close. Mark Jammel did a preliminary search in a variety of areas and presented us a comprehensive report. Given our one free weekend, Mark was able to schedule sixteen viewings during our stay. Following this weekend, he provided “comps” on properties we were interested in within an hour of our departure. Given this information, we were able to place an offer immediately on the condo of interest. Mark juggled the adversity of working with an owner who was stuck overseas due to COVID. Despite this, he was able to expedite documents and supported our financial institution and title company. Mark made what, to many, would be a stressful time enjoyable with his personality and humor. He is very educated on the process and Miami in general. He was very well adept and we would highly recommend Mr. Mark Jammel for anyone looking for property in the Miami-Dade area.
