Mark represented my dad when he sold his home in Vista and my dad referred Mark to me when I was put in charge of selling my mom's house in Oceanside. Mark was amazing to work with and made the process so much easier than it could have been given I do not live in the area (I never stepped foot in the house and Mark and I handled everything remotely). He demonstrated an immense knowledge of the local market and his recommendations regarding improvements to enhance the house's value were spot on. He works with a great team of people to make the improvement process extremely quick and efficient (especially given my experience remodeling my own home in the past). Once we listed the house, we had multiple offers over asking within a couple of days and closed in less than a month. I'd highly recommend Mark to anyone selling a house in the areas he represents.
