From the moment I spoke with Mark on the phone, I felt he was interested in me as a person and not just another sale. I had already completed expensive improvements (new windows, siding and flooring) before meeting Mark and started to feel there was no end to the work needed before I could go on the market. He truly listened to my concerns about my dwindling budget and helped me prioritize and made invaluable suggestions on remaining projects that really increased the appeal of my home to potential buyers. Mark Hiriak is a great Realtor! Due to his careful planning/prep work, our house was the top trending house on Zillow (for the single day it was on the market). In one day, we had 16 showings, and received 5 offers, all for over our asking price! Our house sold for $14k over asking and we had a great time working with Mark. In Mark’s past life he was an engineer, and he brings that analytical thinking when he represents you in the sale or purchase of a home. As a true student of the market, Mark studied our neighborhood and used a method similar to an appraisal to decide a precise asking price for our house.
