Mark Hiriak is a great Realtor! Due to his careful planning/prep work, our house was the top trending house on Zillow (for the single day it was on the market). In one day, we had 16 showings, and received 5 offers, all for over our asking price! Our house sold for $14k over asking and we had a great time working with Mark. From the moment I spoke with Mark on the phone, I felt he was interested in me as a person and not just another sale. I had already completed expensive improvements (new windows, siding and flooring) before meeting Mark and started to feel there was no end to the work needed before I could go on the market.
