Mark worked with us for over 9 months to find a house that suited our needs and preferences. We were looking for a "fixer-upper" that we could renovate to our tastes, and Mark helped us visualize the potential in the houses we looked at. He is also realistic in his approach to making offers, which resulted in a couple of lost opportunities, but ultimately resulted in a successful offer on a very solid house at a good price.
