Mark worked with us for over 9 months to find a house that suited our needs and preferences. We were looking for a "fixer-upper" that we could renovate to our tastes, and Mark helped us visualize the potential in the houses we looked at. Mark was very attentive and highly professional when working on the purchase of our investment property. He was involved at every level and helped us work through several issues that are not commonly associated with most real estate transactions. Our calls or texts were consistently answered, if not immediately, within minutes. He would have documents ready to sign and answers to complicated questions within hours. Mark would research and offer the best advice for our needs in making decisions regarding the property. If not for Mark’s quick decision making and strong negotiating skills we likely would not have been able to purchase the house due to the many complications that were part of the sale. Our time sensitive situation with a 1031 tax deferred transfer was a starting point that he was able to manage effectively within the time frame needed. The unforeseen death of the owner (who lived in another state with other probate laws) added to the complications that were part of our experience. Mark stayed the course and found the solutions or found the people who could solve the problems as needed. He introduced us to good mortgage lenders, flood insurance brokers, and attorneys that worked diligently on supporting our investment needs. Mark headed a team of professionals and represented our best interests in this transaction. Additionally, Mark generously donates 10% of his profits to a charity of his client’s choosing. I have seen the “big check” donations on his facebook page and could not be more impressed with Mark’s concern for community. His generosity in giving to various non-profits around Savannah is a testament to his belief in lifting others up to make our communities better for everyone. I have the utmost respect for Mark and his professionalism and I strongly recommend calling him to be your agent. The service does not end with the sale.

Mark is beyond nice and definitely works hard to get you the perfect house! Mark only has the best intentions for the home buyer and doesn't stop until you are 100% happy with the purchase you are making. This was my first time buying a house and Mark helped make the process easy to understand.
