Mark worked with us every step of the way, bringing our beloved house, which had become progressively more dilapidated and cluttered, back to an even better state than when we took ownership. The work done was exactly that necessary to make it appear sparkling and new, although it was well over thirty years old and had begun to show it. He knew what had to be done and made it happen. As a result, we were able to sell it almost immediately after it was first put on the market and at a price that gave us back more than we might reasonably have expected.
