I am a retired real estate lawyer, a real estate broker and I have developed over 2,500 residential lots in the Twin Cities, yet I knew that when it came to selling our home, we needed a specialist, so we hired Mark and Liz. They did an excellent job. They gave us accurate advice on pricing, helped us stage the home and actively marketed the home. They followed up with buyer's brokers to obtain feedback and kept us informed. They then helped us to evaluate offers.
