Mark took the time to sit down with us for a consultation and strategy session to understand our needs in a home purchase and how we could accomplish our goals. He is very knowledgeable in the VA Assumption process which we didn’t know was an option, and identified properties that offered this which ultimately allowed us to obtain a 2.5% rate on the purchase of our home.
