One day, he drove me around in his personal car to show me 8 different homes on a Saturday, putting over 60 miles on his car and about 6 hours of his time. I would recommend Mark to anyone! Very nice, and very knowledgeable and professional! I was worried about getting top dollar for my house but he knew the market well enough to get me a full price offer and helped me through everything along the way. They brought in a very good professional photographer for pictures and marketed the house toward King of Prussia which I didn't think of at first but it was brilliant because that's exactly where the all the buyers came from. He even cut my grass for me when my lawn mower broke! A real estate transaction has so many moving parts and was more complicated than I realized, but he is on the ball with everything. Thank you!
