He would accurately explain documents to us when we did not understand something. He was patient and took his time in helping us. We moved from the area before our home sold, and Mark helped us in ways that was not in his job description, and was supportive like a friend to us. He knew the things that was important to get done. He also was not afraid to take charge when he needed to do so.
