Started my real-estate career in 2013. Developed a "Pay It Forward" business model in 2015 and shared in continuing growth 2000% year over year as a result. In April of 2017, I attained enough points and experience to attain my own Brokers license and start up my own Brokerage here in Utah which is called Platinum Real Estate Professionals PLLC. In my new role as Principal Broker/Owner of Platinum Real Estate Professionals PLLC, we will continue to pass on Savings to our clients by listing their properties for 1%. This allows us to SAVE our clients up to 40% in real estate commissions. Example: if the client is selling a home for $300,000 we will save our clients from paying approximately $6,000 in realtor commissions, money that will go back in our clients pocket instead of the Brokerages. For those clients that simply use Platinum Real Estate Professionals PLLC to represent them in Purchasing a home, we charge $0 for our services and we provide FULL representation throughout the entire process. We will send homes that meet our clients criteria directly to their email to review, once the client has identified the homes they wish to see, a Platinum Real Estate Professionals PLLC agent will take them out to view as many homes as it takes until they have found that dream home they have been in search for to purchase. The Agent will then prepare the offer for you, work with the Sellers agent, Title companies, lenders etc...We believe no one should have to pay 6% in Real Estate Commissions just to sell their home. We don't have the over head other brokerages have such as franchise fees, leases to pay for large office buildings, commission splits between Broker/Agents, etc.. Mark was so helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend him as an agent. He was very knowledgeable. He keeps you informed. Gave me daily update as to the status. Was always easy to contact and always prompt to respond.

Mark is great to work with and helped me find...

Mark is great to work with and helped me find the right home. When challenges arose with the lender, he helped with those issues and made sure the deal went through. I am very happy with him, and the 1% back was a great bonus!
