Marjorie (Marji) has been our real estate agent for decades and has always been available to help in what are some of the most important decisions you will make. Marjorie handled every aspect of the listing and sale of our home beautifully. She knew the right price range to ask for; and her advice on how to prepare the home was practical and extremely helpful. By opening day the 120 year old house had never looked better. She has superb marketing skills. She captured the essence of the house, a sunny wide open summer house from a previous century, in the photographs and sales literature. With perfect timing of the first showings of the house, she created an auction atmosphere that allowed us to sell at a higher than asking price. the over asking price final bid literally paid for her commission. Throughout she was attentive and understanding, while my wife and I went through the traumatic experience of selling the house that had been our home for almost 40 years.

After our offer was accepted, the stay-at-home order was expanded. Yet, we had to sell our other home during this time. She successfully navigated us through an unprecedented and stressful time - buying and selling is always stressful, and in a pandemic, even more so.
