My wife and I helped her parents buy and then sell the same home in a very short time due to quickly changing medical circumstances. In November 2022, my in-laws who lived in Woodburn needed to move closer to us because of failing health. Margie showed us the homes we wanted to see and helped us purchase the chosen one. I was responsible for remodeling the home before they could move in. Both of them experienced much more serious health situations during this short remodel and it was decided that living on their own would not work out. At that point we contacted Margie again at the end of December to help us sell the same house that had just been lightly remodeled. She was so understanding and helpful to our family and the situation. She did an excellent job finding us a buyer quickly so we could get funds to help with the medical situation and assisted living.
