My wife and I started looking at manufactured homes in 2016 to get a feel for them. Marjie was the first agent to sort of introduce us to th idea, where everyone else would only answer questions and we never had the right questions. We stopped looking due to finances, but began looking again this year 2023 when our financial situation was sorted out. We saw our home go for sale on the market and jumped at the opportunity to go see it. Who else did we get as an agent but Marjie. We were prepared with questions this time, having done our research for months ahead of time and yet Marjie still found important pieces of knowledge to consider. She even was able to reassure us about the park we had worries about as she had previously lived there. When it came to closing, marjie was nothing short of a crusader for us. We were star struck by how beautiful our house was, and marjie did an amazing job at pointing out potential flaws or issues as well as reassuring us when it wasn't a big deal. Even when there was an issue that was claimed by the seller to be unfixable, she said she would not let that stand. Next inspection, it was fixed. All of the insight and clarification Marjie gave us through the entire process calmed our nerves, prepared us, and ultimately helped us into our new home. My wife and I helped her parents buy and then sell the same home in a very short time due to quickly changing medical circumstances.
