Working with Marjorie on the sale of our property was a very smooth process. Marjorie is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were kept updated on correspondence from the buyers realtor and where we were in the process of closing the sale. Marjorie also worked well with the title company to make sure they had all of the correct documentation needed. Without hesitation, we will contact Marjorie to be our agent in any future real-estate transaction.

Marjie was fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend her and McKenzie Baker Properties.

Marjorie is very professional. She has a wonderful personality and has so much knowledge of what is going on. I would highly recommend her. and work with her again.

From beginning to end, Marjorie Baker handled our real estate transaction with knowledge, friendliness and professionalism. She has my highest praise and gratitude for a job well done.

We have bought and sold a few homes with Marjie, and she has always been professional and very personable. If the time ever arose that we would be in the market for a new home, she would be the first one we'd call.

Marjorie went way beyond what she needed to do. I wish I had another house for her to sell

We cannot speak highly enough of Marjorie Baker! Her assistance, patience and professionalism was of the highest degree. This was not an easy time for us but Marjorie was there every step of the way, going above and beyond with both the house we were selling, and assisting with the one we finally purchased. Her work ethic and performance is impeccable. Her knowledge of the current market levels and trends, amazing! Communication was never a problem nor too much trouble, she was always there when needed, offering expert and friendly advice, be it on a small or larger issue. We highly recommend Marjorie and her company to all, and anyone wishing to sell their property or purchase another, she will most definitely NOT disappoint even the most fastidious client. Thank you Marjorie, you are truly the very best! Ben & Lynne🦘

Marjorie's professionalism was nonpareil attending sales of both our properties at Shadowbrook. A difficult market climate was no problem for her. The end result: A very enthusiastic Two Thumbs Up!

My wife and I started looking at manufactured homes in 2016 to get a feel for them. Marjie was the first agent to sort of introduce us to th idea, where everyone else would only answer questions and we never had the right questions. We stopped looking due to finances, but began looking again this year 2023 when our financial situation was sorted out. We saw our home go for sale on the market and jumped at the opportunity to go see it. Who else did we get as an agent but Marjie. We were prepared with questions this time, having done our research for months ahead of time and yet Marjie still found important pieces of knowledge to consider. She even was able to reassure us about the park we had worries about as she had previously lived there. When it came to closing, marjie was nothing short of a crusader for us. We were star struck by how beautiful our house was, and marjie did an amazing job at pointing out potential flaws or issues as well as reassuring us when it wasn't a big deal. Even when there was an issue that was claimed by the seller to be unfixable, she said she would not let that stand. Next inspection, it was fixed. All of the insight and clarification Marjie gave us through the entire process calmed our nerves, prepared us, and ultimately helped us into our new home. Marjie has been invaluable help, and should we need to move again we will be asking for her help. Thank you for your help marjie, and the flowers. They're still alive through the heat wave.

Margie listened to what we shared as our felt needs for this home. She found us various homes to choose from and gave of her time to fit into our schedule. She did not pressure us, but shared her honest opinion in light of what we had told her we needed and wanted. We can highly recommend her and would use her in the future if necessary.

I have worked with Marjorie on the sale of 2 manufactured homes, and her expertise and knowledge of the market is amazing. From the initial walkthrough to the final sale, you can expect expert advice, excellent responsiveness, and know that you are in good hands. Highly recommend!

If you are lucky enough to get Margie Baker as your agent then you hit the jackpot. We needed to downsize as many folks do later in life and this was our first time selling a home and finding a more practical place to live. Margie helped us navigate the system and kept us on track with the timing of the sale and made our search for a new place successful. Without her tireless help and superior knowledge of the real estate business we would have been lost! It's no wonder that she is considered to be one of the best in the business. Thanks,Margie!!
