I've had really bad experiences before trying to buy a house within my home state. This time I decided to purchase a house while living in another state and having Maritza as a realtor has been a lovely experience, easy, fast, better than I could have imagined. She helped me through the process and always kept in contact. Even though I wasn't there personally to see the house, she took the time and showed me videos of the property, even after making the final purchase she kept a watch on my house until the moment I arrived.
