She answered the phone every time I called, and responded to my texts very quickly! While shopping for houses she did not overly try to sell them, she simply let us talk about how we felt. After we put in an offer, she got work done very quickly with every party involved and provided us with options for home inspectors. When my mortgage company rep didn’t answer every phone, Maritza would and she always found me answers when it wasn’t her role to. When our closing became difficult due to our the sellers still being in the house at our scheduled final walk-through, Maritza did all the firm talking and secured us additional discounts for the inconvenience.
