As an investor, I have been working with Maritza for close to a decade. She has been my "go to" person for both the purchases of single family homes, and the agent for selling the homes. She is a fighter. She has more balls than I do when it comes to negotiating. No one is tougher but also very diplomatic about it. The following statement is 100% pure fact. Because of Maritza, my sales price on multiple homes she sold for me was well over double what I paid. At when I sometimes cringed at her suggestions to not lower price.. she has ALWAYS made it happen. In summary, I am retired today from working due to two things 1. Market appreciation from my investments in buying and selling single family homes. 2. Having Maritza as my realtor
