Maritza helped my family when we lived in Texas and were unable to be on site to find a home. She was so patient with my pregnancy hormones and visiting numerous homes. She took so many pictures just so my family could see everything. She stayed in the price range that we wanted to stay at even though we were approved for more. She listened to our needs and wants and became apart of our family. She was efficient and we closed the before we arrived and we met her the next day when we arrived and she brought us our keys. We loved her so much we referred our in-laws to her once they moved in the area. We are now moved to another state and she is helping us again. If you want someone who is patient, will tell you the truth, and will look for your best interest over her own.....this she is absolutely perfect for you to work with.

Maritza is a wonderful person, she has a very generous, kind attitude and she works very hard for her clients, She went way above and beyond to help us get our house, a few things we did not know about until after the sell of our house was complete. Martiza has become a friend to our family and we are looking forward to a very long friendship. If you are looking for a realtor, stop looking because you just found the best one.
