As an investor, I have been working with Maritza for close to a decade. She has been my "go to" person for both the purchases of single family homes, and the agent for selling the homes. She is a fighter. She has more balls than I do when it comes to negotiating. No one is tougher but also very diplomatic about it. The following statement is 100% pure fact. Because of Maritza, my sales price on multiple homes she sold for me was well over double what I paid. Maritza helped my family when we lived in Texas and were unable to be on site to find a home. She was so patient with my pregnancy hormones and visiting numerous homes. She took so many pictures just so my family could see everything. She stayed in the price range that we wanted to stay at even though we were approved for more. She listened to our needs and wants and became apart of our family. She was efficient and we closed the before we arrived and we met her the next day when we arrived and she brought us our keys. We loved her so much we referred our in-laws to her once they moved in the area. We are now moved to another state and she is helping us again. If you want someone who is patient, will tell you the truth, and will look for your best interest over her own.....this she is absolutely perfect for you to work with.

If you are looking to purchase or sell a home, my family and I HIGHLY recommend. Maritza. She helped my mom purchase her first home. Maritza was very helpful, knowledgeable and dependable. Maritza came highly recommended to me. We started right off getting local listings for homes that I was looking for as well as, within my price range. I could always depend on having regular emails with new listings. When I wanted to get into any of the homes, she was right there. Maritza is a wonderful person, she has a very generous, kind attitude and she works very hard for her clients, She went way above and beyond to help us get our house, a few things we did not know about until after the sell of our house was complete.
