Marita Corkill

We have worked with Marita for years. She was able to negotiate the best price for the house we were buying. She is very nice but still manages to get everything done when dealing with the purchase of a home. She manages relationships with other realtors, title companies, surveyors, home inspections etc. with ease. I am most amazed at how well she knows what the market will bear. She is always professional. I have worked with her on the sale of several other homes over the years and was able with her insights to get top dollar on our sales. I will be calling her for our next sale.

Marita did a great job selling our home from listing, showing, negotiating to closing despite some unexpected challenges that were out of our control. She showed extraordinary professionalism and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Marita and her team are extremely knowledgeable about the market and they got us a great price on the sale of our home and then found us the perfect home to live in with everything we were looking for! Marita goes above and beyond for her clients and we would use her again and again!

This was a very hard sell. A lot of ups and downs , we have used Marita before and she has NEVER let us down!!!! We will never use anyone else . Great to work with ,know what she is doing and most of all communicates. Thanks Marita for another dream fulfilled ! David and Mary Jane

Knows the market well and so easy to work with.

She helped us sell our high-value home despite some very tricky buyer behavior. She has helped us buy an invetment home and even handles our rental leasing.
