Second Purchase

Marissa is an advocate. She knows the market and guides us (the buyers) through it. She helps to find ways to take advantage of what is going on. We purchased an investment property with Marissa in 2022 when it was a seller's market. We won the home even though there were other bids AND we were able to keep all contingencies so that we stayed safe. In the end, we got the home for much less than our offer. This second time around, it was a buyer's market. We had our hearts on a primary home that was priced lower than appraised value. We again won the home and we were able to ask for a concession, 15k towards closing! We didn't offer more than the value of the home either! We also kept all contingencies so that we were protected through out the whole process. Marissa was willing to drive two hours out to view properties and we always felt prioritized. She loves what she does and it shows. I highly recommend going with Marissa for all your real estate needs.
