After meeting her to discuss selling my Mom's house in June 2021, she set up a calendar of the steps we needed to take in getting tenant out, fixing up the property, basically everything. She always picked up when I called and answered all my questions. I had never sold a property before so having an experienced agent made it easy. Marissa walked us through every step and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. In the end, we got an offer over asking and closed in less than 30 days in May 2022. An amazing experience and I hope to have her as a friend in the future. I'm almost sad I won't be working with her anymore.
