It has been a year since I worked with Marisol and I haven’t forgotten how wonderful and helpful she was. I lived in another state and sold a property in Florida and she made this transaction very easy and without being stressful for me. She answered all my questions promptly and coordinated with the closing agency in my absence. The total house process took about 5 months in total from searching to closing & Marisol was the absolute best resource throughout the whole process. This was a very difficult situation & being my first home I knew nothing. She walked my fiance & I through every single step. I reached out to her for things that my processor, lender, & other people involved should have answered for me, but instead she took initiative to reach out for me & get all my questions answered. Her communication skills are immaculate & when you may not understand some things she will find a way to ensure you understand the entire process. She wasn’t just my realtor, she is now a friend & I wouldn’t ever go with anyone else. She will be the realtor for all my friends & family. 100/10 I highly recommend her !
