Selling and buying a home at the same time is not only stressful, but finding the right home to move into is incredibly difficult in the current market. Marise not only helped us list our previous home, but she simultaneously helped us find our current home. After taking Marise's advice on staging the home, we listed and sold within a week. Since she had already helped us find our current home, we had the advantage of choosing a long escrow, which gave us time to do all of the inspections we needed prior to closing and moving-in. This is the second home she has helped us with, and if we ever buy/sell again, we definitely want her helping us again.

When we first began searching for a home, there was a lot of competition. Marise made herself available to us everyday and at odd hours to view homes and draft sales contracts. When we kept getting beat out for homes by cash buyers who were driving up prices, Marise helped us to get new financing to compete with them. Our closing came in April 2020, just after the shutdown due to Covid 19. Marise is the simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. I met her accidentally while driving by to see a house for sale. It was not an open house; she happened to be there looking at the vacant home and was on her way out. I introduced myself and asked if she had time to show me the house, and she said yes! I was actually surprised since most realtors are usually in a hurry and would request an appointment. She stayed in touch with me and emailed me listings often. When I saw the house I wanted, she was always happily available. Whenever I texted or called she always responded quickly to answer my questions and explained how we could best move forward during the entire process.
