Marise is such a fantastic agent, with a broad knowledge of the Southern California market. She has helped us buy a home and sell it, and I assure she will be the first we call when we look to buy another home. I refer everyone I know buying or selling to her. Marise is AMAZING. She was 100% dedicated to getting us into the house we wanted. She worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was done correctly and rapidly. She went above and beyond. Marise is also so knowledgeable of the market, buying, renovating (just everything. ) We felt like we hit the jackpot. As first-time buyers, we were like little puppies stumbling around. Marise took us under her wing and not only did we get a great home, we learned how to make the changes we wanted, how home warranties work, how to get rebates for appliances, and the list goes on and on. She is just super. Everyone deserves to have an agent like Marise.

Selling and buying a home at the same time is not only stressful, but finding the right home to move into is incredibly difficult in the current market. Marise not only helped us list our previous home, but she simultaneously helped us find our current home. After taking Marise's advice on staging the home, we listed and sold within a week. Since she had already helped us find our current home, we had the advantage of choosing a long escrow, which gave us time to do all of the inspections we needed prior to closing and moving-in. This is the second home she has helped us with, and if we ever buy/sell again, we definitely want her helping us again.

Marise is the absolute best. She works so hard and is always available to handle any issue that comes up. Not only would I recommend her to friends, I already have!

Marise is great! She helped us buy our house and then sell it for us a couple of years later when we moved across the country.
